From this day on I will expect a soft and chewy, not crunchy, macaroon. After tasting this delicious orange blossom macaroon with white chocolate pistachio mousse and fresh strawberry and mango with pecan brittle, my view on macaroons has definitely been expanded upon. Looking forward to more new discoveries!
