Damn good. Bbq’d Steelhead Trout, with crisped skin, seasoned with fresh fennel tops and lemon zest. Rosemary Thyme roasted vegetables, including zucchini, eggplant, red pepper, tomato, nugget potato, red onion and cloves of garlic. The sauce is a wonderful pairing to both the fish and vegetables consisting of natural yoghurt, cucumber, lemon juice and zest, red Fresno chilli pepper and fresh mint.
